JOB TITLE: Finance Administrator - Maternity Cover
LOCATION: St. Martin's House, St. Martin's School, Hanging Hill Lane, Hutton, Essex
REPORTS TO: Director of Finance/Local Business Manager
SCALE: 4 - 5, points 7 - 12
RANGE: Actual salary of £21,418 to £23,241 including outer fringe allowance, based on a 37 hour week (ie term time plus 5 days)
HOURS: 30 - 37 hours, 38 weeks, plus 5 days in August to be agreed
CONTRACT: Fixed term for up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave
Discovery Educational Trust is recruiting a Finance Administrator to join our high-performing Finance team, which supports five schools across the Trust to ensure the smooth, efficient and compliant operation of their finance practices. The role involves working closely with both the core team and with local finance teams in our schools.

Discovery Educational Trust, formed in 2014, is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in South Essex, comprising just under 4000 students and 500 staff, across 5 schools.

- St. Martin's School (Brentwood)
- Hogarth Primary School (Brentwood)
- Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School (Brentwood)
- Larchwood Primary School (Brentwood)
