Job Description
Part time Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or 3.
3 days a week.
Required ASAP.
Shortlisting 30th November. Interviews available Monday-Friday.
Purpose of Job:
To join our team as a key worker to provide safe,high quality education and care for children between the age of 2-4 years.
Main Duties:
.To act as a key person to a small group of children, working collaboratively with parents and carers. Ensuring each child's needs are met.
.To carry out observations and record keeping.
.To help plan and provide a inclusive, stimulating enviroment.
.Adhering to safeguarding and child protection poliocies.
.To contribute and to implement all Pre-school policies and procedures.
.To attend staff meetings and relevant training.
Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes:
.Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification.
.Experience of working in an early years setting.
.A passion for working with young children.
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Information about the Preschool
We are looking for someone to join our passionate, enthusiastic team.
We are open 38 weeks of the year, term time only. Our opening times are 8.40- 3p.m Mondsay-Friday.
The appointment will be subject to an enhauned DBS check and satisfactory references.
