Riverside Primary School is a popular, oversubscribed, community primary school at the heart of the charming village of Hullbridge. Due to the successful external promotions of members of our team, we are seeking to recruit a full time class teacher who can be part of the next stage of the development journey of the school as we seek to move from 'good' to 'outstanding.'

As well as delivering high quality teaching and learning experiences for our students, the successful candidate will have responsibility for a curriculum subject and contribute to the wider-life of the school by running extracurricular activities and providing support for school events. The appointed applicant will be ably supported by our experienced senior leadership team, dedicated non-contact time to fulfil their professional duties and a wonderful team of enthusiastic and dedicated teachers and support staff.

Pupils are highly enthusiastic about coming to Riverside. They enjoy their learning in lessons and the many other clubs and activities. As a result, pupils actively represent the school motto: 'Where everyone matters and every day counts' Ofsted November 2023

Information about the School

Riverside Primary School, situated 500m from the River Crouch, opened in September 2010 when the Infant and Junior schools amalgamated. We are very proud to be an integral part of the village of Hullbridge, building and enjoying strong links with other schools, local businesses and members of our local community.
