KS5 Teacher with Phase Leader Responsibility
Pay Scale: Subject to qualifications and experience, + 1SEN
Required for September 2024.
Treetops Learning Community are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work in our 6th Form provision as a classroom teacher with Middle Leader responsibilities.
Treetops School was again judged outstanding in February 2020, while Treetops Free School, which officially opened in September 2022, was judged Good in its first Ofsted inspection in March 2024.
Students throughout Treetops Learning Community have complex needs varying from moderate to severe learning difficulties, which may include; speech and communication difficulties, autism and global developmental delay.
There will be exciting career progression opportunities for all staff as the Trust develops and grows.
We are looking for a qualified teacher who:
- Has a commitment and passion to work with students with a wide and diverse range of SEN
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Is versatile and able to deliver a high standard of learning to students of all abilities.
