Are you a passionate and experienced leader in early years?
we are looking for a full time Manager at our new setting in Highwoods, monday to friday 8:15-4.30 term time only with the choice of running holiday clubs.
We are a small team of five looking for a enthusiastic, organised, and passionate Manager for the setting, with full support from the directors of the company.
Duties include:
- liasing with parents and families and outside agencies.
- designated safeguarding lead for the setting.
- managing a team of 5 and their proffesional development.
- ensuring high standards of learning and care are being adhered to.
- ensuring a smooth running day to day.
- keeping up to date with childrens records, paper work, and the administration side of the role.
- full job description will be given and discussed upon interview.
Yellow Brick Rd nursery are fully supportive of our staff and their well being, we are extremely flexible and have a very small turnover of staff, managers perks will be discussed upon interview.
