HEAD TEACHER

Group 2 L8 - L21 (starting salary based on experience)

Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Head Teacher who is a committed, practising Catholic. Someone who shares our vision and passion and has the leadership and ambition to build on the successes of our school. Our Lady Immaculate Catholic School is a caring, friendly school and community where our Catholic ethos is central to all that we do. Our new Head Teacher will work with governors to shape the strategic direction of the school and will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Our Lady Immaculate School. Our new Head Teacher will lead a team that strives together in the best interest of all our children, following the school's mission statement.

Applications are invited from Head Teachers, Deputy Head Teachers or Assistant Head Teachers with outstanding leadership experience.

- Be inclusive, inspirational and ambitious for all our children and our staff
Governors are seeking someone who:
- Will champion a curriculum that our teachers will be excited to teach and will inspire our children to learn
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic and professional leadership
- Is passionately committed to safeguarding and the welfare and wellbeing of children and staff
- Will be an enthusiastic leader, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents and parish
- Will bring together a team in the school to achieve an outstanding level of education for our children
- Will work hard to ensure that every child is supported and challenged to maximise their potential
- Will promote a culture where everyone is valued and respected

Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Primary School became an Academy as of 1st May 2012 and joined the Rosary Trust on 1st September 2019.
