Role and Responsibilities:
This isn't just any midday role - you'll play a vital part in shaping our students' day. Collaborating with teachers, staff, and leadership, you'll contribute to the seamless functioning of our school's administrative processes, ensuring an environment where everyone can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervision Mastery: Oversee students during lunch and break times, creating a safe and welcoming space.
Positive Impact:Foster positive behavior, interactions, and engagement among students.
Environment Curator: Set up and maintain lunchtime spaces, contributing to a vibrant and organised atmosphere.
Team Player:Collaborate with colleagues to create a unified and secure school community.
The position is for 7.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 12- 1.30pm) term-time only (38 weeks per year).
The hourly rate starts from £11.79 per hour.

Tolleshunt D'Arcy St. Nicholas CofE Primary Academy is part of Canonium Learning Trust. We are a smaller than average Church of England school with a strong community feel, we are fortunate that with only 4 classes we can offer smaller class sizes. We are based in Tolleshunt D'Arcy, a picturesque village within the District of Maldon.
The school has a rich history of providing outstanding education to its students, and is committed to the values of the Church of England in everything it does.
