Office Manager - Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School, part of Discovery Educational Trust.
Are you looking for an opportunity to use your administrative and organisational skills to shape this new role? Would you thrive working at the heart of a busy and vibrant primary school setting?
This newly-created post will be integral to the smooth running of the school by ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day office priorities. You willprovide proactive and comprehensive support to the Headteacher and wider Kelvedon Hatch team and will liaise closely with the Central Trust team (Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and Operations).
As a key first point of contact for staff, colleagues and parents, you will be an ambassador for excellent customer care and thrive on building positive working relationships.
This role is for a September start. It is a full time term time role (37 hours per week) with two additional weeks to be worked in the school closure periods.

Discovery Educational Trust, formed in 2014, is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in South Essex, comprising just under 4000 students and 500 staff, across 5 schools.
