Governance Professional - Discovery Educational Trust

Hybrid, part time role: 18-25 hours per week

Salary range: Scale 8 (pts 25-28) including Fringe Allowance

FTE of £30,555 - £32,940 based on a 'term time plus two weeks' work pattern. Salary to be pro rated according to actual part time working hours.

We are looking for a Governance Professional to join our team. You'll be integral to the smooth operation and administration of our Trust Board and its Committees, as well as working closely with some of our Central Trust team. You will bring your governance expertise to the role, as well as your exceptional organisational and administrative skills, to ensure the effective and efficient running of the governance processes.

You will be working as part of a supportive and collegiate team, which places the needs of children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

This is a hybrid part time role, with travel involved across all of the Trust's sites in Brentwood and Westcliff-on-Sea, with plenty of opportunity for remote working.

Interviews will be held in the week commencing 29th July for an ASAP start. Appreciating that we are approaching summer holiday season, we will do our best to accommodate flexibility for shortlisted candidates who may be unavailable that week.
