KS2 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (ASD)

Employment Type: Part time, Fixed Term to 31st August 2028 (linked to individual child)

Hours: 25 hours Weeks: 39 weeks (term time plus inset days)

Pay Range: Scale 3, Point 5 - 6

An opportunity has arisen for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team to support a child (initially in Year 3) who has Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The successful candidate will be caring, positive, enthusiastic and have the ability to use their own initiative and remain calm under pressure. Experience in working with children on a 1:1 or small group basis with ASD is essential for this role. This is a part time, term time (plus Non-Pupil days) role working 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday. There is a possibility that this role could be split into morning and afternoon shifts for the right candidates.
