School Office Administration/Receptionist
NJC Pay Scale 3 point 5 - 6 - £23,500pa - £23,893pa (actual pro-rata pay £3,923.29pa - £3,987.03pa)
Fixed Term for one year - 01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025
7 hours per week on a Thursday - 8.30 am - 4.00 pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break) This is a term time only job, but you will be expected to work on one of the five Inset Days.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive person to join our friendly, hardworking and busy school office. Experience of working in a school is desirable and knowledge of SIMS will be a distinct advantage but applications are welcome from individuals who are suitably qualified. You will be required to administer first aid to pupils as required (training will be provided).
The successful candidate must have:-
· excellent interpersonal skills
· high organisation skills and be able to work under pressure
· have strong ICT skills
· the ability to remain calm, cheerful and understanding at all times
· the ability to work to deadlines
· the ability to multi task and work as part of a team
