Heathlands CofE Primary School is looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Office Administrator to provide high quality and effective support to our pupils, their families and the school. The role is varied and no two days are the same, requiring the postholder to be flexible and provide a high level of support to our pupils and families to minimise barriers to attendance.
You will be expected to carry out all admissions related functions, as well as tasks related to welfare, such as the administration of medication and first aid in addition to general school office administration tasks.
The role is for 30 hours per week 08.30 - 14.15 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 08.30 - 4.00 Thursday, Term Time only.
Pay range is Scale 4 Point 7-8 (Actual Salary £16,435.75-£16,709.75 - April 2024 pay award pending)
You will:

Have experience of operating administrative and general office systems
Ideally have previous experience of working within a school office environment, including the use of SIMS and other school based systems
Be adaptable, flexible, resilient, caring and enthusiastic
First Aid essential for this post (training can be provided)
