We are looking for a positive and committed individual who has excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, has a pro-active approach and the ability to work independently, and be able to relate well to visitors, staff, and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children or young people with complex SEND needs, in particular speech, language and communication.They must be able to demonstrate experience of supporting outstanding teaching and learning and proven ability to deal with a wide range of student behaviours.
It is essential that the successful candidate hold 5 GCSEs (minimum C) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics and have obtained Level 2 Teaching and Learning NVQ or equivalent.
