XTEND Digital is looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations. In this dynamic role, you will combine business development, financial acumen, marketing expertise, and project leadership to propel our success in the education and business sectors.
Salary- Up to £54,761
Location -Xtend Campus
Hours - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks of the year
Contract Type - Permanent

Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of XTEND Digital
- Propose and implement new initiatives to drive growth and innovation
- Identify and pursue new business and collaborative opportunities in education and corporate sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Oversee the lettings programme for XTEND Digital facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of facility management
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality grant applications and bids
- Manage the grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and reporting obligations
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote XTEND Digital's services and products
- Manage XTEND Digital brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Ensure alignment between client needs, market demands, and XTEND Digital's capabilities
- Any other tasks deemed essential and reasonable within the context of the role.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a commercial or business development role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and content creation.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and financial management skills.
The right candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in grant writing and bid management.
