EPPING FOREST SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP TRUST

Position: Finance Manager's at Lambourne Primary School and Alderton Infant School and Nursery

Pay Range: Scale 6, Pro Rata (£6445.52 Actual Salary pending pay award)

Position Start date: September 2024

Contract type: Part-time, Fixed term, Term time only, including Inset days (39 weeks).

10 hours a week (Flexible hours to include a Wednesday).

These are 2 separate positions, flexibility to work across both schools can be considered.

Following the postponement of the Office and Finance restructure the fixed-term positions of finance Manager have become available at Lambourne Primary School and Alderton Infant School and Nursery.

Lambourne Primary School

Lambourne Primary School is a one-form entry school, based in the village of Abridge, on the outskirts of Epping Forest, adjacent to open countryside. Although the hub of the school is the original Victorian building, there have been many improvements and new facilities added to its spacious site. Our school aims to create a welcoming environment where children are encouraged to develop their skills, talents and interests through a broad and creative curriculum. It also hosts a small specialist unit for SEMH provision which offers support for KS1 pupils from across Epping Forest.

The school is outward-looking and sees itself as having strong links with many local organisations, fully reflecting the values of a village community. As one of the founding members of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, it has been proactive in supporting the Trust with its ethos of cooperation and collaboration. The school promotes a strong sense of community, citizenship, and self-worth, with child and staff well-being at its heart.

The Alderton Infant School and Nursery

The aim of the Alderton Infant School is to make school a happy and rewarding experience for all children. Our dedicated, caring, experienced and well-qualified staff team promote a high standard of achievement, learning behaviours and enjoy watching individual children grow and learn. Our extensive range of resources, including the stimulating and attractive outdoor environment, enrich the children's engagement and investigation of the world.
We offer a broad and balanced curriculum which fosters a positive, "Growth Mindset", attitude to learning. We want children to leave our school with a firm foundation and a love for learning. Expectations of good behaviour, collaboration and respect for each other is very high.
