Assistant Catering Manager required ASAP
Permanent contract
Term time only
30 hours per week (07:30am - 1:30pm)
Salary: Level 5 SCP 8-12 (£12.80 p/h to £13.69 p/h)

Leigh North Street Primary school are looking to appoint a new Assistant Catering Manager who will be a part of our successful catering team.
Previous experience of school catering is desirable although training would be available for the right candidate. Please note that this is a physically demanding role.
The successful candidate will:
Ø have had experience of working in a busy kitchen in a similar environment
Ø have relevant and up to date catering qualifications - ideally Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
Ø be a team player who is positive, proactive, organised and calm
Ø be able to support our Catering Manager in planning and providing healthy menus, in line with Government regulations
Ø have an excellent understanding of hygiene, health & safety and allergies
