The governors of this popular church school are looking to appoint an organised admin assistant for the busy school office.
The role is 24.75 hours a week - (three and a half days to be agreed)
Main responsibilities to include:
- Communication with parents face to face
- Send, and answer emails to parents
- Answer phones
- Prepare dinner registers and liaise with the Catering Manager
- Set up costs on Parent Pay for dinners, clubs and trips
- Run Parent Pay and ensure parents can access
- Plan and order resources for the school
- Coordinate the music lessons within the school
- Carry out basic first aid on pupils if required
- Small amount of cash handling and bank deposits.
