We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to provide an effective Reception Eligibility and Funding service within our Reception/Admissions team. Duties will include providing a reception service across both Chelmsford College sites and providing admin and admissions support when required. It is essential to have good IT and communication skills and be able to work accurately under pressure.
At busy times of the year candidates will need to be flexible in their working hours. Availability to provide sickness cover, extra cover during enrolment and some evenings for showcase and parents evenings will be required. To accommodate these evenings and other events, hours will be adjusted.
This role is 37 hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, between 8:30 - 18:00.
