LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
33.5 HOURS PER WEEK 38 WEEKS PER YEAR (TERM TIME ONLY)
SCALE 4 POINTS 7-8
FTE SALARY £24,294 - £24,702 (ACTUAL SALARY £18,351 - £18,659 PA)
Required from November 2024. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our successful team supporting students in the classroom environment.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate patience, flexibility and show a commitment to supporting learners with individual academic, welfare and medical needs. Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy are required, as is an empathetic approach. Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
