Fairhouse Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a Midday Assistant to join our fantastic team as soon as possible.
The hours will be 12:35pm to 1:15pm Monday to Friday (3 hours 20 minutes per week), term time only for 38 weeks a year.
Salary Scale 2, Point 3 (Range 3 - 4) Actual Salary £1,763 per annum (April 2024 pay rise pending). Includes paid annual leave which must be taken in school closure periods.

We are looking for a Midday Assistant to support with our front of house service, ensuring the dining hall remains a safe, comfortable place to eat for our children.
We are looking for a person who:
- can provide care for children during their lunch hour, encouraging consumption of food, supervising the dining hall and ensuring the dining hall is a clean and safe place to eat
- has high expectations of the children and themselves with a passion for raising standards and attainment
- works well as part of a team and has a commitment to improving and developing their own practice
