We are looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Teacher, who is passionate about high quality teaching and learning and who has high expectations of pupils' achievement and the practice of colleagues. This post would be ideal for a dedicated and ambitious teacher who has experience of middle leadership and is now ready to take the next step into leading a year group or an experienced year group lead who wants to further develop their leadership practice and take on the challenge of a new school.
Along with other members of the leadership team, the Senior Teacher will be responsible for raising standards in a year group, mentoring , planning with the Trust and supporting early career teachers and helping establish a culture that is nurturing and rigorous.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
· Proven experience of positively impacting on pupil progress, raising attainment and developing excellence
· Sound knowledge of the national curriculum, ideally across key stages
· The ability to be part of a successful leadership team
· That they are fully supportive of our Christian ethos and values
· Engagement in CPD with evidence of impact
· Experience of subject leadership
· The drive to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
