Boxted St Peter's CEVC Primary is a wonderful school, set in the beautiful Boxted countryside. We are currently looking to appoint a self-motivated and reliable cleaner to join our Premises Team.
The contracted working hours for this post are Monday to Friday (term time only): 3pm-6pm with an additional 2 weeks deep cleaning shifts during the school holidays.
We are offering a permanent position following the satisfactory completion of a probationary period.
The successful candidate will:
· Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
· Have the ability to work both alone and in a team
· Be someone with a good eye for detail, who takes pride in their work
· Have a good level of fitness due to the nature of the role
· Have an awareness of Health & Safety procedures
Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
Duties will include cleaning to a schedule that covers the school area to a high standard, replenishing stock and consumables and ensuring that relevant school policies and procedures are adhered to.
