Administration (Personnel and Payroll) Assistant
Contract: Part time/Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Working weeks: 41 weeks (term time including inset days plus 2 weeks holiday working)
Payscale: Scale 4 Points 7-8
Salary: £24294-£24702 FTE (Actual Salary £17718.23-£18015.80 pa)
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is a multi-academy trust of 8 schools based in Chelmsford, Essex.
We are looking to recruit an Administration (Personnel and Payroll) Assistant to provide professional administrative support for the HR and Payroll functions within the CLP. This is a varied role covering the employee lifecycle process and supporting the day-to-day HR and payroll activity within the trust.:
The successful candidate will:
Have proven administrative and organisational skills
Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Have outstanding written and numeracy skills
Have excellent numeracy skills
IT capabilities in MS Office with ability to quickly learn other IT systems.
Be articulate with a confident manner
Have a good sense of humour
Be able to work on own initiative
Understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR

Information about the School
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Infant School, Barnes Farm Junior School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School and The Tyrrells Primary School.
