Co-Educator (Term-time only)
Pay range: LGPS 4 to LGPS 6 (pro-rated)
(actual salary £19,818 to £20,486)
Start: November 2024

In this role you will be assigned to support individual students. You will have a strong commitment to inclusive education, have had some experience of, or training in, learning strategies, and have the ability to supervise and support the teaching activities of individuals or groups of young people. The role will include meeting a range of needs of individuals and groups of students both in the classroom and by working with external agencies.
Ideally you will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills. You will be approachable, resilient and able to support our vulnerable students, as well as our most able. You will need to have a firm but fair approach as well as a commitment to support the Trust. Part of your role will be to encourage our students to become independent learners and, if you are interested in having a career in teaching, you will gain experience and training to prepare you for this.
