We are looking to set up an After School Club following the Wrap Around Reforms and notification that we have secured funding. The role will involve organising play activities and providing high quality care to children attending theAfter School club (ages 4 - 11). This will include setting up activities, supporting children in their play, serving and clearing awaysnack, and maintaining good standards of behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working with children;
Good literacy and numeracy skills;
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships;
A kind, caring nature.
We have wonderful children at Alresford, and a strong supportive team of colleagues.
The position is for 13.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only), working hours will be 3:15pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. The role has a starting salary of £7049.40.
