Hours: Full time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (Friday, 3.30pm finish), 52 weeks per year
Pay Scale: From £33,945 plus outer fringe allowance of £689 per annum

De La Salle School is a caring and thriving oversubscribed fully comprehensive and inclusive 11-16 school with a committed and dedicated staff.

The Governors are seeking to appoint, for November 2024, a PA to the Headteacher.

The successful applicant will be able to work independently, to show initiative and be very flexible. They also need to be a skilled administrator with experience in managing a busy diary. They should be able to demonstrate a knowledge of key school policies and procedures including school recruitment and pre-employment checks.

It is essential that you are able to build strong relationships, developing an understanding of what is needed before it is needed.

Experience of line managing an administrative team in a busy school environment would also be beneficial.
