About the Role
As an Electrical Technician, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping to shape the future of our learners. Your role will involve:

Assisting in the setup and use of cutting-edge learning materials and equipment
Supervising and mentoring students and work placement trainees in practical sessions
Managing stock, ordering materials, and ensuring the smooth running of workshops
This is a hands-on role where you'll work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, helping to create a stimulating learning space for the next generation of electricians.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a technician (or the enthusiasm and willingness to learn!)
A good understanding of Health & Safety and hygiene regulations (or an eagerness to develop these skills)
Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change
A proven team player, capable of building strong working relationships
