Deputy Cluster Finance & HR Manager

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Deputy Cluster Finance & HR Manager to provide finance and HR support for 5 schools in the Trust; Lambourne Primary, Epping Upland Primary, Ivy Chimneys Primary, Alderton Infant & Junior Schools. The location of the office will be based in Loughton.


Salary: Scale 6 (£16,139 to £17,238 actual) up to a maximum of 25 hours term time (including INSET days)

Working hours and the pattern can be flexible


This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a financial background and can work effectively in a team.

  • Working effectively with the Cluster Finance & HR Manager to ensure high quality finance / HR support to the 5 schools in the cluster.
  • Support in the preparation of the financial forecast, analysing the actuals and correcting miscodings where necessary

The successful candidate should be / have

  • Experience in financial processing and budgeting
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Working knowledge of appropriate academy's financial policies and procedures
  • Someone with a can do and flexible attitude
  • Professional and reliable
  • Willing to work collaboratively with others and work autonomously
  • Understanding and compliant of the procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality

Welcome to The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District.
