Cluster Finance Administrator
Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Cluster Finance Administrator to provide finance support for 5 schools in the Trust; Lambourne Primary, Epping Upland Primary, Ivy Chimneys Primary, Alderton Infant & Junior Schools. The offices will be located in Loughton.
Salary: Scale 4 (£15,366 to £15,614 Actual) Hours: 25 term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)
Working hours and pattern can be flexible
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has accounts payable experience and can work effectively in a team. The job description lists all the requirements of the job but include the following:
- Working effectively with the Cluster Finance & HR Manager to ensure high quality finance / HR support to the 5 schools in the cluster.
- Be responsible for the ordering and invoicing across the cluster
The successful candidate should be / have
- Experience in managing purchase and sales ledgers
- Working knowledge of appropriate academy's financial policies and procedures
- Someone with a can do and flexible attitude
- Professional and reliable
- Willing to work collaboratively with others and work autonomously
- Understanding and compliant of the procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality

Welcome to The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District. Along with our SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training), School Improvement Team, Wellbeing Service, and Resourced Provisions based in three of our schools, we are a leading educational organisation in Epping Forest.
