Deputy Headteacher

Home Farm Primary School is looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join and help lead our exciting team. We seek an inspirational leader who will work collaboratively with our staff, pupils and parents to drive educational excellence, nurture our inclusive culture, and support our children's academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will combine proven leadership experience with a passion for innovative teaching methods, while demonstrating a deep commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. This post would suit an existing Deputy Headteacher or the right person looking to step into this role.

· Will work as part of the leadership team to drive and lead school improvement, pastoral support and work closely with the headteacher
· Will support and embrace the community ethos of the school
· Has proven experience of successful leadership and management
· Has vision, energy, honesty and loyalty and can inspire and motivate staff and Children
· Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
· Can analyse a range of data in order to contribute to strategic planning
· Can support our Headteacher, who thinks in wiggly lines, by thinking in straight lines
