We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Early Years Practitioners to join part of the founding team at Limebrook Primary School and Nursery as we open a brand-new school in Maldon for a September 2024 intake.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good to outstanding practices, will need to be organised, proactive and have the ability to develop good relationships with staff, Children and parents in the school.
You will be able to deliver a wide range of creative and enjoyable inside and outside activities to ensure a secure and welcoming Teaching and Learning environment.

We can offer you:
- A payment of £1,500 at the end of a successful probation period for support in helping the Nursery setup and being successful
- An additional payment of £1,500 after 12 months of employment for support in helping the Nursery setup and being successful
- Full-time, permanent role, with 37 hours per week
- Annual leave entitlement, from 27 days, increasing to 32 days after five years (+ 8 bank holidays)
- Salary range £23,893 - 25,979, subject to nationally negotiated annual pay deals for local authority workers
- Current advertised pay subject to increase pending finalisation of the current national pay deal for April 2024

Please note that this role is subject to a shift pattern on rotation, the shifts will be 7am - 3pm and 10:30am - 6:30pm including a break.
