We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator as the Head Teacher's PA/Office Manager for 37 hpw, term time plus 15 days (including inset days). The hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday, and 8:00am - 3:30pm, Friday.
The successful candidate will have experience is supporting senior management and be able to demonstrate the ability to undertake a variety of tasks, often at the same time. Additionally, the successful candidate will be pro-active and an innovate individual with excellent communication skills, be well motivated and highly organised.
Main duties involve; providing comprehensive secretarial and personal support and assistance to the Head Teacher and members of SLT as required. The role also includes managing appointments, composition and preparation of letters, reports and other documents as required, overseeing a team of admin assistants, reprographics and reception.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share in this commitment.
The appointment is subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and Occupational Health clearance.
