Learning Support Assistant (including lunchtime LSA and class cover) - Part Time
Scale 3 points 5-6
Term Time 38 Weeks
30 hours 50 minutes per week
Working Pattern: 8.35am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch
Actual salary £17272.84
To start January 2025
We are looking for a colleague who:
A flexible team player, who is experienced and confident in supporting and covering classes in the primary phase.
Confidence to cover classes in years 4-6 in particular, but able to adapt approaches for all year groups.
has experience working with children to support them to reach their full potential.
is confident to deal with social, emotional and behaviour issues, underpinning approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect.
provides good evidence that their knowledge and abilities are closely matched to the person specification.
is positive and flexible, warm and friendly with children, parents and colleagues.
has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
enjoys taking an active role in the work and development of the school.
is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children.
