Join Our EYFS Setting as an Early Years Educator
Are you the brave adventurer we've been searching for? Do you possess the uncanny ability to turn everyday moments into extraordinary tales? Our EYFS setting is on the lookout for an Early Years Educator who loves children and can navigate the whims and wonders of nursery and reception life. If you enjoy hosting tea parties, embarking on thrilling bike rides, and valiantly facing imaginary foes like dinosaurs and monsters, we would love to hear from you!
In our welcoming environment focused on child development, every day is a journey. As our Early Years Educator, you will be entrusted with the important task of preparing our children to face their own adventures. Your duties will include leading quests through the world of storytelling, constructing imaginative traps for any lurking "baddies," and creating exciting learning that would engage even the bravest of children. If you possess the ability to adapt quickly and don't mind getting a little messy along the way, then you are the perfect fit for us!
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development is essential. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build strong, trusting relationships with our little ones. A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work must be part of your everyday toolkit, as our dynamic environment calls for creativity and adaptability.
Ideally, you will hold relevant qualifications in Early Years Education, such as NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or an equivalent credential. Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is preferred, as is a valid paediatric first aid certificate to ensure our mini adventurers are kept safe in all circumstances. However, we can provide training if you are the right person for us.
Join our wonderful team in an EYFS setting where laughter, learning, and imagination come together. In this supportive environment, your role will allow you to lead children through exciting activities that promote confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
We welcome visits to our setting so you can get a true sense of the vibrant environment we foster. If you believe you have what it takes to join our team of educational superheroes, please complete an application form found below or apply through Essex School Jobs athttp://www.essexschoolsjobs.co.uk.
