Blenheim Primary School - HLTA Required for January 2025
Contract Type: Permanent,Term Time plus inset days,
Hours: 34.5 hrs per week
Working Pattern: Mon, Tues & Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm, Wed & Thurs 8.30am - 5pm
Salary range: Level 6 £28,163to £31,586 FTE
Actual Salary: £22,763.48 per annum (£14.60 p/h)

Blenheim Primary School is a popular and successful primary school in Southend with an innovative curriculum,inspirational teaching and children with outstanding behaviour and positive attitudes to learning.
We are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified HLTA to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Learning and teaching will be your passion, with a genuine desire for all children to achieve their best as learners and people with your support. You will be a reflective practitioner willing and able to evolve our learning and teaching practice to meet the needs of our children.
The ideal candidate will:
- have experience of leading whole-class learning with no teacher present
- have high expectations and believe every child can achieve
- be passionate about making learning engaging, effective and inclusive
- be excited about ongoing professional development, being a lifelong learner
- actively contribute to the wider life of the school
- have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
