Hazelmere Infant School and Nursery are looking to appoint an LSA to join our friendly and supportive SEND team. You will be working with a variety of children with a large range of additional needs and will provide both individual and small group support.
The successful candidates will be passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and will be able to work well as part of a team.
Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour is also essential!

We are looking for the right people to work in our expanding provision for children with more severe needs.
This post is for term time only, 32.5 hours per week.

Information about the School
Hazelmere Infant School and Nursery is located in the Greenstead area of Colchester. Our popular school was rated as 'Good' by Ofsted in March 2024.
We have a well resourced school with an array of additional spaces including a purpose built space to support children with complex special needs.
In addition to our teaching staff and generous allocation of classroom support, we also employ therapeutic staff to support our children. We work in close partnership with our consortium schools (North Essex Schools Partnership) and Child First Trust to provide the best possible provision for our children and their families.
