KEY STAGE 1 CLASSTEACHER - required April 2025 (or sooner if possible)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, creative and inspiring teacher to join our Key Stage 1 team.
You will be a highly effective classroom teacher with a proven track record and have high expectations of children's behaviour, attainment and progress. You will be able to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils in order to help them achieve their very best and will also have a thorough understanding of both the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective phonics provision.
Myland Primary School is a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive school that offers a varied and engaging curriculum for our children. We are ideally situated close to both the A12 and Colchester station, with excellent transport links and access to public transport. We are also one of 34 schools nationally with designated English Hub status from the DfE and there is the possibility of training to be one of our Literacy Specialists for the right candidate.
