We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated learning support assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting pupils with complex social and emotional difficulties todevelop their self-confidence and foster independence, so experience in this area would be an advantage.
The hours will be 8.30am-1.15pm or 11.45am-3.15pm.
The successful applicant will:

· be able to liaise with the class teacher and others who will support you in your role.
· have high expectations and possess a can-do attitude to pupil achievement.
. have a good understanding of and demonstrate a Trauma Perceptive Practice approach.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and an NVQ2 or equivalent in supporting Teaching & Learning.
