Trust Estates Manager - Discovery Educational Trust
We are recruiting a Trust Estates Manager to develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy for effectively managing designated aspects of the Trust's estate.
The Trust operates across five sites, with schools in the Brentwood and Southend area. The initial focus for the post will be to support our school sites at St Martin's and Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary (both Brentwood area) and Chase High School (Southend). As the role develops, travel will be required to all school locations.
This role is key to ensuring that our schools provide a safe, accessible and welcoming environment in which pupils and staff can deliver their best.You will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders within our schools and with the Central Trust Team. Please note that this is a full time, 52-week (i.e. not term time) post. Given the nature of the work, flexibility may be required in start and finish times to accommodate site works and visiting contractors.
Salary: Essex Payscales - Sc 11 (38-42) £48,460 - £52,508 (52 wk post) .
We anticipate holding interviewsin early January with a view to commencement in post as soon as possible (subject to any applicable notice period).

Discovery Educational Trust, formed in 2014, is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in South Essex, comprising just under 4000 students and 500 staff, across 5 schools.
