Are you looking to enter the world of teaching? If so, this could be the role for you.
The successful individual will predominately be based working in our Pride Centre to support and deliver learning activities for students with the aim of improving attitude to school, attendance and attainment.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dynamic and has the ability to be able to relate to individual student needs and requirements.
You will need to have the ability and confidence to work with and motivate our students and at times challenge behaviour.
This role will also require the successful candidate to undertake cover across all subject areas, as and when required.
We support and offer teacher training routes, for any successful candidate that holds a degree and wishes to train to become a qualified teacher.
The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.

You will need to:

· Utilise a variety of teaching methods and ensure that your lessons are engaging at all levels
