SENCO / INCLUSION LEAD
The Phoenix Primary School & Nursery is a friendly and supportive three-form entry primary school. The Governing Body and new Head of School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic SENCO/Inclusion Lead to join our Outstanding team due to the relocation of our current SENCO. You will work alongside the Inclusion Team to ensure legal and statutory requirements are met for students with SEND. Consideration made for full-time and part-time (0.8). This is a non class-based role with a small teaching commitment.
Our children are well behaved and keen to learn with supportive and co-operative parents. We have a reputation for inclusiveness and excellence.

- is an Outstanding teacher
- has achieved the National SENCO qualification
- has an indepth knowledge of SEND
- has passion for raising standards and attainment
- has a commitment to improving and developing their own practice

- has high expectations of all the children and themselves
- works well as part of a team
