Would you like to be apart of our fun and friendly team? Due to our nursery growing, we are seeking level 2 and 3 qualified Early Years Educators for both Full-time and part-time positions!
You must be fully qualified in Early years to apply. Please do not apply if you have Health and Social Care. We are an enthusiastic team with the welfare and interests of the children at heart. Our passion is to ensure each child reaches their full potential within a loving, nurturing, safe, fun, exciting and stimulating environment.
For this role you must be able to:
Greet children with a big smile and have warm hugs to give when required.
Plan a wide range of exciting and stimulating activities to engage the children's interests.
Take on roles during role play games! You will preferably have a little bit of quirkiness. If a child requests that you be the Knight in shining armor that guards the castle, you will guard the castle with every ounce of enthusiasm that you have.
Having the skill to do numerous head counts while children are constantly moving around is very important for this role.
The ability to remember the names of 40+ children, their parents, siblings, grandparents, pets and special soft toys is a key component of this job. This is something that will develop over time.
Have knowledge of a wide range of nursery rhymes however happily repeat the same song five times when requested.
You must be prepared to have a lot of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day. To be a part of our Family and embrace our craziness.

Nursery Nurse Qualifications and Skills:
To be a Nursery Nurse and part of our family, we would like you to have:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Experience of the EYFS and using it within a nursery setting.
Enthusiastic, passionate and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.
