Midday Assistant

Local Government Pay Scale 2, points 3 - 4

£4,374 - £4,443 (actual salary)

8 hours per week

11.40am - 1.10pm Term Time Only

Required December 2024

We are looking to appoint reliable, enthusiastic Midday Assistants to join our friendly lunchtime team to support and care for the children whilst they eat their lunch and during play activities.

Duties include:

· Preparing and/or clearing the dining hall

· Encouraging good dining room practices

· Provide playground supervision and support

· Provide basic medical care where necessary

· Encouraging group games

· Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children

Great Bradfords Junior School is a large established junior school with three classes in each year group (Years 3 – 6). The school attracts pupils from a wide area well beyond its catchment, which reflects our popularity and the high regard the wider community has for the school.
