Scale 7, Points 19 - 24

Full Time £ 31,773 - £35,020

St. Margaret's Church of England Academy is seeking a committed and proactive Nursery Lead to join our thriving school community, commencing February 2025.

About Us:

St Margarets CofE Academy is a primary school which was rated by Ofsted as good in September 2024 and an Excellent Church School in June 2023 by SIAMS. The school has a strong Christian ethos which drives our entire school family, and we always strive for success. We place great emphasis on high expectations of work and behaviour. The Role:

As a Nursery Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our young learners.

You will:

· Hold Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and a suitable level 2 English qualification, or

· Hold Level 6 qualification to be in Nursery

· Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

· Foster a positive learning environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and engagement.

· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

· Embrace our Christian ethos and values to create a caring and inclusive classroom.

· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
