Learning Support Assistant / Forest School Leader - Pay Range: Scale 3, Points 5-6 (depending on experience)
This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2024,term time only.
The hours are two afternoons per week (to be agreed) 13:00pm - 15:15pm.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced L3 Forest School Leader to join our team to support, inspire and engage children at Gosbecks Primary School to 'be the best you can be.'
You will need:
· previous experience in an educational setting, preferably primary aged children
· excellent behaviour management skills
· a passion and enthusiasm for outdoor learning
· the knowledge and skills to inspire all our young people
· self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and life
· excellent communication skills

Gosbecks Primary school is a popular school located in Colchester. We have keen parents, established links with the community and a supportive Governing Body.
