Join our Team as a Midday Supervisor at Hockley Primary School!
Are you passionate about ensuring children have a safe and enjoyable break time? Do you have experience supervising children or young people? Then come join our team at Hockley Primary School. We are looking for a dedicated Midday Supervisor to help us provide an excellent educational environment, in every classroom, every day.
You will:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of students in dining areas, playgrounds, and other designated areas during lunch breaks.
- Promote positive behaviour and respect among students, implementing the school's behaviour policy and managing any conflicts fairly and consistently.
- Be vigilant in recognising any signs of distress or bullying, and provide pastoral support to students.
- Ensure students adhere to school rules, and maintain a safe environment by identifying and addressing any potential hazards.
- Clear and deep clean tables and benches when meals are finished and clear up any associated spillages.
- Assist with the organization and supervision of lunchtime activities.
- Respond effectively to incidents and report them to the appropriate staff
