SEN LSA (Part time)
We are looking for committed and hardworking individual to join our support staff team to support an individual child on a 1:1 basis for 17.5 hours per week (8.45am to 12.15pm Monday to Friday)
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children in KS1, particularly Year 1.
- Recognise the importance of home school partnerships and the importance of working as part of a team.
- Be able to use their own initiative and adapt planning to meet the needs of the child.
- Have a good sense of humour and make learning fun!
- Be enthusiastic and consistent in your approach and recognise that every day is a new day.
- Be able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant.
- Recognise that every child deserves a champion.
