SEN LSA (12.5 hours per week) Foundation Stage
We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual to join our amazing support staff team to support children within our Foundation Stage classroom on a 1:1 basis for 12.5 hours per weekfrom 11.45am to 2.15pm each day Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children with ASD and in the Foundation Stage.
- Have experience of working in a school environment and working with children on a 1:1 basis.
- Recognise the importance of home school partnerships and the importance of working as part of a team.
- Be able to use their own initiative.
- Have a good sense of humour and recognise the importance of making learning fun.
- Be enthusiastic and consistent in your approach.
- Be able to think creatively to make learning exciting, fun and relevant.
- Recognise that every child deserves a champion.
