We are seeking to recruit a part time office administrator, working as part of a friendly and hardworking team and who will be the first point of contact for all parents, guests & visitors. The post is 18 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday, term time only.

The successful candidate will have:
· Excellent skills in English and Mathematics to GCSE (A-C) or equivalent
· A friendly, approachable manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good relationships with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
· The ability to work within a team, showing support and flexibility, whilst being able to take personal responsibility for organising day to day workload as well as the ability to use your own initiative
· A confident and professional manner
· A wide knowledge and understanding of the suite of Microsoft 365 apps and the knowledge of or ability to learn the school's management information system (SIMS)
· An understanding of the importance of GDPR, confidentiality and safeguarding
