HEAD OF KS3 MATHS
Pay Range: Teachers Main/Upper Pay Scale
Actual Salary from: £31,650 - £49,084 (Points M1-U3) TLR 2B - £5,649
Start Date: September 2025 (Earlier start would be considered)
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to design, implement and evaluate the faculty strategy for raising the standards of student attainment and achievement.
The position will suit an experienced or newly qualified teacher.
Part time applications will be considered.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- To work with the Head of Faculty/Subject Leader to ensure the delivery of an appropriate, comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective curriculum programme which complements the SIP.
- To be a positive role model for other staff members.
- To attend Faculty Leadership Team meetings where required.
- To lead on specific areas of faculty improvement plan.

We're looking for you if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Teaching within the subject area in Key Stages 3 and 4
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for their subject
- Willingness to keep up to date in subject knowledge and national developments.
